Our approach.

Our approach emphasizes accurate estimating, proactive scheduling, clear communication and accountable field execution.

Experienced leadership. Organized execution.

Our project approach combines experienced field leadership with organized estimating, procurement, scheduling and communication. We work closely with project teams to identify issues early and keep electrical work aligned with construction milestones.

1Estimating

Detailed estimating based on project plans and specifications.

We price from the plans, line by line: devices, fixtures, cable runs, switchgear and panels, labor hours, equipment rental and permits.

Our estimates are developed from project documents, quantities, labor requirements and equipment needs, with scope and exclusions clearly identified.

2Design-build

Electrical planning and coordination from concept through completion.

For projects in early planning, we can coordinate electrical scope development with the design and construction team, subject to project requirements and available design partners.

What you get: one electrical partner from concept to inspection, and one person to call who has the whole job history in front of them.

3Purchasing

Material procurement coordinated with project milestones.

Purchase orders go out by job number before the first draw. Long-lead equipment such as switchgear and transformers is ordered early, with staging money agreed up front.

What you get: equipment on site when the schedule needs it, and a call from us the day a delivery date moves.

4Field work

Experienced supervision and consistent quality standards.

Mobilization, rough-in, trim-out and final connections, then inspection. Every crew works through the same gates, whoever is on site.

What you get: clear milestones to check against the schedule of values, with dated site photos and a written progress update from us every week.

5Change orders

Clear documentation and timely review of scope changes.

A change is documented on site with photos and sent for approval right away. The work goes ahead once the change order is signed.

What you get: no surprises at the end of the job. You see the photos, the price and the reason before any extra work starts.

6Billing and closeout

Transparent progress billing and organized closeout.

We bill against your schedule of values at each milestone and track retainage through closeout.

What you get: pay applications that match the work in place, backed by the daily log and photos for each milestone.

On budget, on schedule, safe on site.

Your price comes from a measured takeoff of the plans, and every change is priced and signed before the work starts, so the final bill matches what you approved. Dated site photos and a daily log track the job against the schedule, so a delay is flagged the day it shows up. The same log records each day's safety walkthrough.
