Every task planned before it starts
Each crew plans the day's work before the tools come out: the hazards, the equipment, and who does what.
Daily walkthrough and work check
Every day the work is walked and checked: we evaluate what was installed, make sure it meets our quality standard, and highlight any safety issue before the crew moves on.
Weekly site safety inspections
Every active site gets a safety walk each week, and anything found is corrected.
Experienced electricians, trained every month
We select experienced electricians, and every one of them goes through our monthly training review program for the equipment and the tasks they are assigned.
